Of Star Light, Star Bright


eruptions that look like rainbows
to some, make a wish,
watch you arc the sky,
point out flares- isn’t that
just like a redhead
from the Midwest, flinging
projections- you tell them
you are just lonely,
but it takes years
for them to hear you
